An end-to-end recruiting automation pipeline built on n8n, where inbound applications flow through six connected workflows: application intake (via Tally forms), AI classification, CV extraction to structured fields, phone capture via webhook (using ngrok for local tunneling), structured job intake with skill normalization, and candidate-job matching with AI-based fit scoring plus automated alerts.
Built as the capstone for Masterschool’s AI Productivity module. The project demonstrates how AI can take over high-volume, structured recruiting work, freeing the human to focus on judgment-heavy decisions.
